Purchase Request & Request Memo
If the item that you see is available, click on purchase or memo and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If the item is not available and you would like to make something similar, inquire with us on how to submit a new project.
Shipping
The Icing out process takes time as it is shipped overseas for production. We keep the movements with us in NY and we send the parts to our factory to ice out as specified by our clients. The process can take up to 60 days, although we try to deliver it before the specified time.
Final Delivery
For any contract jobs, which are when the customer gives us their watch, a detailed breakdown and invoice will be provided upon final delivery.

All previous work details shared on the website are approximate only and House of Ice is not liable to honor historical prices, but rather will bill as per the final breakdown provided by the factory.
